The great Masa” is the single biggest “Scott-Head” in the known world. He and his team market and distribute Scott rods in Japan via Maverick based just outside of Tokyo.
Masa has been a possessed and passionate supporter of Scott for almost twenty years and has introduced more people to Scott rods than any private citizen in the history of our company. Masa is a well known exhibition fly tier in his home country of Japan and writes columns for Fly Tier magazine about every element of the sport. He devotes all of his spare time and energy to fly fishing and to introducing friends to his favorite activity.
